#IAMTHESHIFTCONF2018’s assignment is to unite the Body of Christ in the Pacific NW in a pure and safe environment!  God has released the Call to Gather so we can rekindle our love for Him, reconcile with one another, and unify in love, repentance, humility, forgiveness, and mercy.  Part of the blessing of Psalm 133:1-3 from unity is the supernatural provision of the dew of Hermon.  Dew prophetically represents spiritual refreshing that comes at night; purity; this coupled with the anointing that runs from the head of leadership positions us for breakthrough!!!!!!!

 

 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”  John 13:34-35

 

God’s plan for us during this time of gathering is to discover how we are connected to serve together for the fulfillment of His assignment for this region as a collective Body. 

 

For we are God’s fellow workers; you are God’s field, you are God’s building.  1 Corinthians 3:9

 

We are designed to be a blessing to one another.  It is a blessing that our God has seen fit to have each of us in this region together, and even though we each have our own individual assignments, everything we do affects the Body-at-Large.  You and I are also here to aid in facilitating what God is asking each of us to do as a community. 

 

In this atmosphere of unity God will increase our momentum and supernaturally cause time to work for us.  There is a ‘kairos’ anointing on this time of gathering and God’s Word will be supernaturally procreative.  Now God’s Word never returns void.  But this time of release of God’s Word is going to SHIFT at maximum capacity!  There is an anointing to move us at rates of speed we have never known and this time the ‘gears will not grind’.  This is why the SHIFT is a SHIFT within a SHIFT within a SHIFT.

 

This time of gathering is God releasing His Word, Heart, and Mandate for our region that will transform each of us on a cellular level.  This Word is coming to correct injured and damaged DNA naturally and spiritually. 

For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.  Hebrews 4:12

 

#IAMTHESHIFTCONF is open to all who hear His voice, but God’s mandatory Call to Gather is for all leaders in this region. Apostles, Prophets, Pastors and other five-fold leaders.

 

There are days, seasons, and lifetime SHIFTS! There are incremental and monumental SHIFTS!  There are natural and supernatural Kingdom of God SHIFTS!

 

We each know the power of God to deliver a nation when we yield.  And it must begin with the leaders! Because we are the SHIFT we are looking for:  #IAMTHESHIFTCONF2018

 

 

The Kingdom Mandated Purpose 

 

Gird yourselves and lament, you priests; wail, you who minister before the altar; come, lie all night in sackcloth, you who minister to my God; for the grain offering and the drink offering are withheld from the house of your God. Consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly; gather the Elders and all the inhabitants of the land into the house of the Lord your God, and cry out to the Lord. Joel 1:13-14

 

Because His Promise to Us is This:

 

Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. Isaiah 66:8

 

 

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, . .  Acts 3:19

 

Reward of Obedience

 

The first SHIFT is repentance at the altar, beginning with every leader!  The second SHIFT is reconciliation with one another.  The third SHIFT is refreshing from the presence of the Lord!
